This class is designed to empower you to build your own practice of meditation and breathwork. During this four-week class on Wednesdays from 6:00pm - 7:30pm, we will discuss several types of meditation and take time to practice each type during the evening. We will explore specific breathwork practices that will allow you to connect deeply with the lifefire within you.
